Bookings and Appointments
It is up to customers to ensure that their booking details are correct. The time of appointment is subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions, and other considerations. MK Valet can reschedule an appointment if needed.
Payments
Payout should be made after service delivery unless there is a written agreement stating otherwise. Pricing may be subject to change without prior notice, but bookings that have already been confirmed are payable at the rate quoted.
Duties of the Customers
The customers are supposed to offer safe and reasonable accessibility to the vehicle at the appointed point of service. It is the customer’s duty to make sure that all the personal items have been taken out of the vehicle prior to service. MK Valet is not accountable for any items left in the car.
Limitations of the Services
Though all efforts will be made to ensure the best possible service to the vehicle, some stains, scratches, paint flaws, smells, or damages existing in the vehicle may not necessarily be entirely eliminated.
Paint Protection and Ceramic Coatings
The paint protection and ceramic coating services aim at safeguarding the surfaces of cars; but no coating can offer absolute protection against any condition. Maintenance is advised in order to optimize performance and durability.
